Abstract Submission
KAPICON 2025 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Free Paper session
Will be held on Sunday, 19th January 2025 at 8.00 am. Presenters are requested to be in the hall at sharp 7.30 am on 19th January 2025. We request you to contribute for the same.
Submitting Abstracts:
Authors are invited to submit abstracts on any of the given themes. There are 2 ways to get active participation at the KAPICON 2025.
■ Original Study
■ Review Presentation
All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee.
Abstract Layout:
The length of the abstracts should not be more than 2000 characters. Name of the authors : Submit initials of the given name(s) and the full family name. Do not include degrees or professional titles. Original studies should have uniform structure. (Background, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusion)
Poster Presentation
■ Posters must be brought to the conference by the presenting author and should not be mailed in advance.
■ The Poster should be easily readable at a distance of one meter.
■ The required dimensions of posters are 90 cm (width) by 150 cm (height).

- Submit Entries for All Categories Before 31st December 2024.
- Results of your abstracts will be replied by email by 7th January 2025.
REGISTRATION FOR CONFERENCE IS COMPULSORY FOR THOSE PARTICIPATING IN POSTER OR PAPER PRESENTATIONS.
